yay #2

RITA HERE: So basically its Saturday, and we have been in Armenia for 5 days. These five days have probably been the best experience in my lifetime, and there is still 3 weeks left to go!! Everyone is so friendly here, and everything is so cheap! yes. Today we went to Vernisage (open market). MAJOR SHOPPING. Besides the cheap necklaces that have been purchased, very cheap dinners have too. Not only is the food cheap, its probably the best food ive ever had- and the apricots, wow amazingggggg...seriously i cant describe how amazingly awesome everything has been. Now besides shopping and food comes the night life: so like I can't describe every little detail because for all of you who haven't been to Armenia you need to experience it yourself and not through my fun fun fun fun stories. But anyways Armenia never sleeps. We have been to Cheers twice, cheers is pretty cool only if you attend with the right crowd. Now the best place I have been to so far is the Opera Club...major vip disco tech!! its really fun...NOW ITS TIME FOR ORRAN.
So Orran is this afternoon program for children with no parents or poor parents. From the second we walked in to the last second of our shift, the kids became like little brothers and sisters. They are the cutest things ever. They taught Carla some armenian, and me and alene armenian patticake. We also taught them some english and duck duck goose. Ah its only been one day with these kids, and im so attached.
As for my fellow cyma interns...
Carla and Alene and Me are the three cancers, mood swings gallore. Alene and I are always on the same page, same sentence, same word. Carla and I can't stop eating...ahh ice cream pizza and fries!!! Lisa has the funniest laugh everrrrrrrr and she's gunna marry an armenian kuwaitee. Stefanie is too cute, shes my new shopping buddy. Anahid is the easiest person to talk to. Will's jokes are the funniest ever..omg. Paul is half pirate and half armenian napoleon dynamite, but the nicest guy ever. David, the star of cyma laughs like a squirrel and although we continously dissapoint him and make him cry, we love him!!!!!!!!!! SO basically i dont know wut im going to do when this month is over, cuz i dont think i can live without these people everyday of my life...but as for now, 3 weeks left!!!!
