CYMA Meets with His Holiness
On June 30, seven CYMA participants met with His Holines Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians. During this meeting, His Holiness was interesed in learning where the pilgrimage has visited thus far. We informed His
Holiness that we have visited Haghbad, Oshagan, Saghmosavank, Sanahin and Vanadzor. His Holiness was also interested to learn where the four CYMA interns are interning this summer. He was pleased to find that we have visited many places, and are placed in valuable internships this year.
CYMA Participants were thrilled with the opportunity to meet with His Holiness in a very intimate atmosphere. Some questions were asked regarding the church and her current state within Armenia.
