First CYMA Q&A Event a Success

Answering Questions On Saturday, February 17th, 2008 the first CYMA Q&A event was held at the headquarters of the Western Diocese. We are excited to announce that nearly 20 young Armenian’s attended this event to learn more about this summer’s upcoming CYMA mission to Armenia.

The Q&A was run by William Levon Dodd, the CYMA Director of Intern Relations, who went through the overall mission and goals of the CYMA program with those in attendance. Following the presentation parents and youth asked various questions in order to prepare for their participation in the CYMA program.

“We began the Q&A meeting this year to give parents and the youth the opportunity to ask as many questions as they could regarding our program, before they’ve taken the step to apply. Its very encouraging to see so many potential applicants, at this point of the year.”

The CYMA Application deadline will be March 8th, 2008. All those wishing to participate in the 2008 CYMA mission should visit our application page.
