Given the recent events surrounding the Presidential election the executive committee has extended the application deadline to Tuesday, March 18, 2008 for both the Internship and Pilgrimage programs.

The CYMA program will continue to move forward with planning the trip unless there is any indication that our homeland will not be safe for our participants for travel this summer. With the first group of CYMA interns arriving several months from now in mid June, we are confident that the current situation will be resolved. The CYMA program along with the parishioners of the Western Diocese are praying for a safe and stable resolution.

For those still interested in applying for CYMA 2008, you still have a chance!
In your application packet, you must include the following:

1. Application Essay – Essays must be two (2) typed double-spaced pages for the Internship Program, one (1) double-spaced page for the Spiritual Pilgrimage
2. Resume or Curriculum Vitae (n/a for pilgrimage)
3. Resumes or CVs must be ready to be submitted to potential internship supervisor
4. Copy or Scan of Country of Residence Passport
5. $1500 non refundable deposit
