2008 CENTRAL COUNCIL PAYS TRIBUTE TO THEIR PREDECESORS
ARMENIAN CHURCH YOUTH ORGANIZATION HONORS PAST 15 YEARS OF CENTRAL COUNCIL MEMBERS
BURBANK, Calif., Mar. 10, 2008- The Armenian Church Youth Organization of the Western Diocese is honoring the past 15 years of Central Council members.
“As we celebrate the 60th anniversary of the General Assembly of the ACYO, we found it appropriate to commend the work of the past 15 years of council members, “ said Central Council chairwoman, Sossi Iacovides. “It is with this event that we hope to move forward and upward as youth members within the Church.”
The banquet will take place on April 12 at the Daghlian Hall at St. John Armenian Church in Hollywood, California. The celebration of the dedication of some of the past A.C.Y.O. leaders gives the opportunity for members to reconnect, reminisce and renew their calling to the Armenian Church.
