First blog ever!!!!!!
hey there folks of cyma and readers of the cyma blog, its me sarin im pretty sure im writing the first blog of the trip, so ill try and make it somewhat informative. Lets start at the beginning. As most everyone knows I am extremely afraid of flying, so it did not help me when our plane got delayed for 2 hours, while we were sitting on it. After the first of my 12 panic attacks, we took off. From LA to London our flight was little turbulent, but hello we had choices from like 100 movies, which also made things difficult because I had no idea which movie to choose, so I ended up starting each movie and never finishing, so now i have seen the first 5 minutes of every movie on british airways. Since our flight was delayed by 2 hours, once we landed in London we had to literally run to our terminal and get on our airplane, leaving poor Jordan behind, because he didnt get through security fast enough! So our flight from London to Armenia was amazing, even though the landing felt a little rough.
FINALLY ARRIVING IN ARMENIA
after arriving and getting the first amazing smells of armenia we realized NONE of our luggage got onto our airplane, which is super great not really, after getting on our bus we went straight to our beautiful hotel! we ordered some pizza and roamed the city with mkirtich and sarah. After trying to sleep all night, some of us woke up and walked around the city which is amazing. Later on we all got on the bus and went to Erebuni, Matenadaran, mayr hayastan. After spending more than 30 hours in the same clothes, all of us went out and purchased some authentic armenian garb hahahahaha, wearing our awesome armenian outfits we went out and ate some lahmajoun and roamed the city. Despite not having any clean clothes to wear, this is seriously the most awesome city ever. It so crazy when you understand the language that everyone is speakin and reading signs in Armenian like victoria’s secret hahahahahaha i think some of you know what im talking about. I honestly cant believe im in Armenia, i feel like im going to wake up and be back in irvine. Pray for our luggages people, some of us our starting to smell hahahahhahaha, dont fret i will keep blogging and keep everything super detailed
P.S. SARAH IS THE BEST COORDINATOR EVER not that i have had anyone else be my coordinator but if i did i still know sarah and mkirtich would be the best
