Follow these simple steps to ensure your application is submitted to the Christian Youth Mission to Armenia is complete and correct: Please keep this page for your reference as it contains important deadlines and contact information.

Please Note: Your Application is not Complete Until All Materials and Deposit are Received. The application and deposit due date is: March 03, 2012

Submit the Online Application Form which includes the following:

• Your contact information
• Your Application Essay

STEP 2

Send the following materials to the CYMA Executive Committee

• Copy or Scan of Country of Residence Passport
• $1000 Check Deposit
• Please mail in to complete your application
